Unlike our competitors, each shoe can be individually donned and doffed from a sitting or standing position and without the need to use your opposing foot to pry your foot out. As pregnancy continues into later trimesters, it becomes increasingly difficult to balance and bend over. Swelling in the hands and feet is also common. Collectively, these changes make it extremely difficult, if not impossible, to bend down to take traditional sneakers on and off. Quikiks' unique hands-free technology solves both these problems, making our brand the shoe for pregnant individuals.

By enabling customers to kick our shoes on and off without ever bending over, the difficulties of bending over are eliminated. As part of our design, additional space is also added to the shoe, allowing them to be worn even if a user is experiencing swelling in their feet throughout their preganncy. Our integration of Velcro as opposed to shoe laces also eliminates the need for hand dexterity in the presence of this swelling as well. Most significantly, unlike our competitors, users do not need to be able to balance on one foot to ease the shoe off the other; they simply kick their foot down, and the shoe comes off. This is extremely useful when bending over becomes increasingly taxing in the second and third trimesters.
